Position description

Job title

Finance and Sales Associate M/F


 Supporting the sales team with the preparation of booking forms
 Inputting and maintaining commercial contracts within the finance system
 Managing available inventory within the finance system, including the allocation of sales to stock
 Prepare weekly playlists for upcoming fixtures
 Creating, sending and following up on customer invoices
 Preparing revenue forecasts then ultimately transacting and reconciling the revenue recognition as part of the month end process
 Manage client recharges with the respective teams and ensure balances are reconcile within the accounts
 Maintain a tracker for all contracted sales within the UK business
 Preparation of ad hoc business reports, including timesheet profitability analysis and various sales reports
 Supporting the Senior Financial Controller in the preparation of management and statutory reporting


 Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
 Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all departments
 Good level of computer literacy, including a proficiency with Microsoft Excel
 A form of finance qualification, such as AAT
 Experience working with a business system such as SAP is advantageous
 An interest in sport is desirable, but not essential
