Position description

Manager Strategic Projects M/F




·         Support UK MD & President Global Sales in developing and implementing strategic initiatives for SPORTFIVE in the UK and globally  

·         Steering of local and global SPORTFIVE teams to support the implementation of the developed strategies

·         Playing a key role in business development projects, by developing business models and cases for new activities and potential co-operations

·         Conduct national and international trend, market and competitor analysis

·         Development of presentations and reports for new rightsholder acquisitions, potential sponsors, sports cooperation partners and internal global SPORTFIVE teams

·         Communication interface between rightsholder clients and multiple internal stakeholders across the global SPORTFIVE teams on business development and market strategy development projects

·         Following business development projects through from conceptual stage to full implementation within our agency

·         Supporting the UK management team with medium and long term planning and reporting





·        You are determined to play an active role in shaping the future of SPORTFIVE as an organisation

·         Highly articulate and numerate with a commercial mindset and approach

·         You work independently and learn quickly, with confidence in own opinions and output

·         You are willing to listen and learn, and keen to develop

·         You have already gained practical experience in high-paced, challenging environments

·         You are not worried by new and challenging tasks  

·        You possess both analytical and creative skills and are very well organised

·         You are academically strong with a relevant degree  

·         You use MS Excel & PowerPoint with ease and the knowledge of working with other sales management tools

·         You have excellent English skills both verbal and written

·         You are a team player with high intercultural, social and communicative competence, experience abroad is a plus

·         You are comfortable to travel throughout the UK, Europe and Internationally
