SPORTFIVE is looking for an outstanding candidate to play a key role as part of the Spanish Partnership Sales team. The role will be responsible for the successful delivery of crosscountry brokerage deals with Spanish rights-holders, the introduction of any sponsorship sales programs across our global rights-holder clients to relevant Spanish brands and ultimately, for growing our contact value with Spanish brands to maximize sponsorship revenues in strategic markets.


ESPORTS SALES MANAGER

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Primary focus on sales delivery by displaying a thorough understanding of SPORTFIVE’s eSports products and services, and working to a coordinated sales plan to achieve divisional budget targets and strategic objectives
  • Analysing existing SPORTFIVE customer portfolio for eSports potential based on eSports customer benchmarks/insights
  • Enabling our non-eSports (mainly football) sales teams in a tandem-role to pitch eSports rights to their existing customers
  • Prepare sales propositions, plan sales approaches and hold high level contract talks and negotiations
  • Leading sales pitches with both international and domestic clients to understand objectives, build relationships and secure revenue for the business
  • Continually developing relevant sales prospect lists by using macro and micro market trends, sound product knowledge and deep understanding of brand marketing to strategically identify relevant clients, industries and geographies
  • Work closely with the eSports central team (Germany) to develop key value propositions, product opportunities, sales materials and data/insight analytics, to ensure sales propositions are robust and compelling
  • Maintaining and developing strong relationships across the eSports stakeholder network, to ensure Sportfive is perceived as the most trusted and most knowledgeable eSports marketing agency in the world
  • Display a thorough understanding of SPORTFIVE’s Sports products and services, both inside and outside the eSports category Work with internal corporate functions such as legal and finance to create robust commercial agreements to support a sales process

Anforderungsprofil

YOUR PROFILE

 

Highly motivated sales professional with a track record in generating sponsorship revenues with preferably 2-5 years’ experience

 

  • You share our enthusiasm for eSports
  • You’re fluent in Spanish and English with strong communication skills
  • You have a passion for business development
  • You show confidence and an inner drive to learn and grow
  • You have an above average commitment and are mobile and flexible
  • You’re able to organize and work across multiple projects whilst keeping to deadlines
