Office Administrator, Kai Tak Sports Park


The Office Administrator will assist the Commercial team in the development of programmes, sales, and services at Kai Tak Sports Park. Primarily focused at the Kai Tak Sports Park VIP Experience Centre, this position is expected to manage the Experience Centre by coordinating the management and operation of the facility, in addition to supporting senior management as well as a wider team in various functionalities.


Primary duties:
• Assist to perform tours and visits to the Kai Tak Sports Park VIP Experience Centre
o Various clientele including but not limited to perspective commercial and retail partners
• Ensure office upkeep, cleanliness, decorum and functionality at all times
• Ensure all physical mail and general e-mail inquiries are directed to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner
• Ensure all incoming calls are handled in a professional manner and all messages are conveyed properly to the recipients in a timely manner
• Track and manage office stationery and supplies (envelopes, gift bags, name cards etc.) on a regular basis. Procure as/when necessary
• Manage all pantry supplies
• Ensure the work worthiness of all office equipment and related services
• Liaise with the concierge and representatives of Goldin Financial Centre on general maintenance of the office premises, hardware (excluding IT) and PABX system
• Assist with general administrative support as directed in areas of corporate services, sales, and client services
• Liaise with various vendors for office related matters
• Assist in travel and hotel bookings for employees when required
• Organize company events as/when necessary
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative support role, hospitality experience a plus
• Strong communication verbal and written communication skills
• Friendly and affable personality
• Punctuality and willingness to go above and beyond primary responsibilities
• Adherence to timelines and company policy
• Keen eye for detail in all aspects of work
• Sincere and trustworthy
• Proficiency in English a plus
• Passion for Sports, Leisure, and Entertainment a plus
