Job title

Partnership Marketing Account Manager

Missions

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the day to day management and activation of a global partner in sport
  • Reporting into an account director, you will be responsible for planning, developing and managing the partner's rights and their activation strategy, including;
    • Client relationship management
    • Leading weekly status calls / meetings and responsible for regular client reporting
    • Managing marketing approvals across multiple stakeholders
    • Managing the planning and delivery of events and player appearances on behalf of client
    • Working closely with the client on content creation, marketing assets and partnership materials
    • Work with SportFive's creative agency on the campaign planning and creative development. Work with other SportFive affiliated agencies on the digital and media needs of this multi-millon pound activation
    • Generating and presenting creative activation ideas
    • Arranging and attending activation events / trips
    • Managing client partnership inventory
    • Coordinating and creating season-long reports and activation debriefs on behalf of client
    • Managing activation budgets and invoicing processes
    • Overseeing hospitality requirements

Profile

Personal Skills

  • Must have account management / partnership activation experience (minimum 3 years)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Flawless attention to detail
  • Strong planning ability
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Budgetary and invoicing experience
  • Presentational skills – creating and presenting
  • Have a real passion and knowledge for sport, with a good understanding of UK and European football
  • Ideally have an interest in cause marketing and environmental issues
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as individually
  • Must be available for regular travel
